Background check was not started since June 2020
But I called CIC on 24th March 2021 and they said criminality is done and background in progress.

who is the officer processing your application. This can be seen in the 2nd page of GCMS report if you opted one.
I ordered GCMS notes twice and both times it has different number. So it seems files moves to different officers
I am assigned to DM10032 but are you sure this is an officer ID or automated nnumber,

Got PAL on March 17th, 2021.
Called IRCC and I was told 2 officers are working on my file.
One from Sydney, NS (CIO - where it was delivered) and other officer is from Ottawa office.
GCMS notes says application assigned to MR25363 by BW8734. Any idea?

Pre-Arrival Letter - We receive it when we pass Eligibility. - Doesn't matter if you're inland/outland - you get it anyways.

I have received Ghost Update GU when my eligibility passed.
I am AOR May 30, nothing change until now.
