@Pinkyruz101

I want to ask if our application was already transferred to CPC-M, is there a possibility they will ask additional Documents?

Thanks

It will always depends on the Visa Officer who is working on your file. If the officer is not that convince on whatever you have already submitted they will ask for additional supporting documents. On my case They did not request for any docs

Hi,

CIC asked me to send proof of communication. I am sending my whatsapp chat logs and all the messages are translated by a certified translator. But my doubt is - Do I need to send the original whatsapp screenshots to CIC along with translated documents?

Appreciate if any one can provide me some suggestions?

yes it is better to send the original chats, i have seen a case were they sent translated birth certificate and didnt include the original certificate. that caused more problems

We are the same. Is your application transferred in CPC M?

Thanks
No not yet, on ECAS, under Sponsor, it shows DM, under PA it shows In process. and i haven't received AOR2 yet either. since it's taking a lot longer, i believe my file has been sent to New Delhi. :'(

Very identical to mine.
Finger cross. I know the waiting is frustrating but I wish there’s more clarification on the process. It has been fasten for some people apparently but not for all...
I believe if your case is pretty straight forward (ie. have all your documents, first marriage, first time sponsoring) then the process is a lot quicker. However, if this is your second time sponsoring a spouse, you were divorced, then they do assess it a bit more and it takes a bit longer.

Hi! I am may 6th applicant. In my case BM, medicals and SA are all done! Waiting for file transfer but I called cic they said they can still access my file so she said it's still in sydney CIO and eligibility and security are in progress however criminality is passed. Btw PA from india. Still no news! You can also call them and verify it if ur application is still in sydney. Good luck!
