Hi! I am may 6th applicant. In my case BM, medicals and SA are all done! Waiting for file transfer but I called cic they said they can still access my file so she said it's still in sydney CIO and eligibility and security are in progress however criminality is passed. Btw PA from india. Still no news! You can also call them and verify it if ur application is
I believe if your case is pretty straight forward (ie. have all your documents, first marriage, first time sponsoring) then the process is a lot quicker. However, if this is your second time sponsoring a spouse, you were divorced, then they do assess it a bit more and it takes a bit longer.
What is your timeline?

It's my second time sponsoring and I expected the process to take longer but I was approved as a sponsor fairly quickly. I would hope that my wife would be approved in a reasonable amount of time based on her own merit.
