hey i applied for citizenship on march 14/2019
july 24 i been ask for finger print which i ready fished
fingerprints results they received on 20/07/2019

still im waiting there is no any uppdate on my fill please if there is any information why it took so long to get invite it for test??????/

Hi guys , how do you know your application is processing? By email? I just check my status online found out my application is under processing but I have not received any email. Kinda worried about this if I could not receive any further emails.
By the way, my application was received on May 2 and start processing on September 4

Checking your ECAS (online ) and it reads in process is how you know.You fo not receive email to inform you.

If you have sent your application in May.. then please do not freak out unnecessarily.. we are still seeing April applicants moving to IP status..

Some Calgary applicants mentioned that after their tests, the oath officers told them that there is a huge backlog for oath invitations. So that might be the case currently. Hopefully it eases.

But if you check the spreadsheet, you will notice that Calgary and Edmonton, especially Calgary always sends out test invitations the fastest and has the highest completion rate of applications within 7 months of application regardless of if they sent out AORs or in processes late. So don't worry, I have hope that they will pick up soon.
