I got an awesome agent who checked everything.. but bottom line is we have to wait. She said they are working on June 5 application

They said they are working June 5 applications or applications till June 5? As that would make some sense that they are working on a 2 Week period.

And I do'nt see any June guy getting AOR.

No single June applicant got any AOR, max we have May 16 th so there is a lot in may to go

They re done with May files it just take two weeks to received AOR and return incomplete files. They are working on June 5 after two week they will start receiving AOR

Today I have called, I give my information and payment details. Unfortunately, there is no trace of application in the system right now. The agent asked me to wait until the middle of September. If I do not hear anything back by then, I need to call them. I have sent my application on May 5th. Unfortunately, I forgot to put it on the tracker. What a mess !!!

Well she provided the best service you could expect, she digged in everywhere to see where my application was, and she provided solid counseling

The way she said was they are working on june 5 application and she was surprised I hadn’t heard back knowing that mine was received May 16.

I sent them an email yesterday to confirm if they recieved my application. I guess they take 1 week to respond to your queries via Web Form but here is the info they requested to confirm if they received my application or not.

We invite you to verify the processing times on the IRCC website and take the following action if they are passed:

• If you sent the application by regular mail:
  • please mail a photocopy of the original application (or a new application) to the address in the instruction guide, and include:
    • an explanation letter with initial mailing date,
    • photocopy of both sides of the payment receipt,
    • (if applicable) original payment receipt for restoration fees, and
    • photocopies of all the necessary supporting documents.
      
• If you sent the application by registered mail:
  • please contact us again by using the IRCC Web formand include the following information:
    • type of application,
    • payment receipt (if applicable)
    • date your application was mailed or received,
    • complete address (including the postal code and the unit number) where your application was sent,
    • company used to mail the package, and
    • tracking number.

We will be pleased to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible following the reception of the above information.

Did she mention that AOR will be received in 2 weeks? Because people who called a week back were clearly told that they are processing till May 15 or May 17 applications and within a week they make it June 5 is something really weird.

The applicants from this forum are just a small portion of the overall total applicants;

I was told the same that they are working on application from June 5.. it makes little sense but that’s what happening

No one on this forum from June has gotten the AOR, but they typically work in a 6-week rolling period. So applications received up to June 5 are being opened. Which means late April, and May applicants might still be getting AORs this week and the next.
A June 3rd applicant has received a returned application, per that thread, so looks like they're doing preliminary checks for that month.
