Admin - please update the xls, My ecas access is enabled now - 29th July.

Also i have a question: I changed address for me and my wife but i can not change address for my son( Minor- he dont have a sir name on passport). any suggestion ? what should i do ?

Received AOR today July 30, 2019

I was trying to reach out to IRCC and it now says “the person you are dialing is not taking any calls”.. did it happen for anyone? I don’t know how bad a service can be, between the usual 30 min wait time, and the fact that it’s really to get connected to an agent. Sorry to vent , it’s just insane to think a governmental service can be that bad

I was told they are processing June 5th applications, don't really understand whats going on. The CIC agent was courteous to send an enquiry to mail processing room. Also, said by August 14th I should get my acknowledgement, don't know if thats stereotype response.

I think they just pick random files no queue is follow. I have seen people who applied last get AOR first

I think it all depend on the office that is working on your file. some of them are very fast while some are slow and it depend on other factors.

I have seen folks reporting ECAS moving from application received to in process almost spontaneously in a day from AOR. However that hasn't happened with me, anyone in the same boat?

My AOR is still pending. Tried to call them. The lady on the phone wasnt even willing to check her system. She said call back again if no AOR is received after Aug 14.. I am simply speechless

You know AOR of receipt come after two weeks when your file is completed. so some some home office are fast while some are slow. for example most Edmonton and Calgary applicant get that right away or finger print request because their offices re fast

I just finally was able to speak to an agent who said they are working on June 5 application..i cannot understand why they do not work on application based on a chronological order (by receive date) vs randomly.

I got an awesome agent who checked everything.. but bottom line is we have to wait. She said they are working on June 5 application
