Hello,
I've been following this thread for the past few years and I've learned a lot but I'm stumped. I finally got access to the permanent residency portal and I submitted all the information for the PR card but my dependent is not in Canada so I'm not able to finish her process. It has been a few months now and I still haven't received my card. Is there something I should be doing?

I rang 3 times after the first call, all the agents said its an Error, just sent the PR card back with filled reissue form, passport photo copy and with CoPR (Saying Australian)...lets see. This request will be going to Sydney Nova Scotia.... LOL LOL...
