No, I have done my Medicals on 16/05/19 so there is still 3 months time for my Medicals to get expired. So no new request as of now!

I’m May 29 AOR. I got a ghost update yesterday and called IRCC and the agent said that the file was moved to DDVO from Ottawa and I asked specifically about the update, it was also mentioned that Eligibility and Security are passed. From earlier communication I know that Medicals, biometrics and criminality were passed.

now my question is it common that file is transferred to local visa office before getting PPR ? that too to NDVO?? Appreciate your inputs. Ta

I am in similar boat. AOR is June 4,2019 and medicals expiring on May 15,2020 with visa office New Delhi. Yes, it quite common to transfer file to local visa office for the final review. In my case, primary office is New Delhi.

I don’t know about this! I was thinking that primary VO will finish all the particulars and it’s kind of new and given the reputation of NDVO it’s really freaking me out now.

6 weeks LOL what the hell!

Nah not yet! Its been 8 days since I landed, guess I have to wait for a couple of more weeks.

My Pr Card mailed out on Feb 15 ...landing in Jan 29th...so approx 15 days to process

It has been 9.5 months and I haven’t received any update on my file. IRCC agent said my file is outside of canada (she didn’t mention where, but It should be NDVO given my jurisdiction).She didn’t tell me which stage my file is at either.
Haven’t received any reply from NDVO from the very many emails sent. Just received the standard email from IRCC saying its still under processing.
I have ordered gcms notes in first week of Feb, but it will be a while before I get them.

I am really worried. Anyone has any ideas?

Your passport request should be around the corner. Hopefully, you'd receive it before the end of this month. Don't worry, hang in there. 10 months is new normal for New Delhi office. When is your medicals expiring?

Remedical request - February 7th, 2020
PPR - February 19th, 2020

They expire on April 19. If they require a remedical, most people get it around the 3 month expiry mark.
But it seems there’s absolutely no movement on my file.
