So I got a request for ADR on June 12th, which I sent through the same day. My AOR is May 1st. Since then I've had an email to say there has been updates to my account on MyCIC, but when I login I cannot see any changes to any part of my application or my status bar. I have yet to pass medicals... I am getting a bit nervous here as everyone is passing medicals and going for Biometrics! What is the waiting time from ADR to medicals passed usually?
I have a similar case, I submitted my application on May 2nd. We sent an update of a Police Certificate for my Common-Law partner in June 2nd, they replied to that email just this Monday. However, we haven't had any updates in our profile even though most of the people that received they e-AoR the same day have already received an update in their medicals.

Do you mind telling us which documented they asked for?

They asked for a better scan of my Passport biodata page. SO i took a photo of it and converted it to Jpeg, uploaded the same day. But I haven't got confirmation of them receiving it yet. and no updates on my profile. I''m really nervous now.

Guys, need your suggestions about my situation. So I got a referral from my current manager. However things aren't great at work and I don't fully trust him to say the right things if and when they call. I still meet the criteria without this referral. What should I do? Reach out to cic? Withdraw? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Don't do anything, don't fret. Your manager can't affect your application. They most likely won't even contact him at all so long as you sent sufficient proof that you were actually employed at the company as per CIC guidelines for the referral letter. Just relax. It's immigration not a job application.
