I was trying to call sense yesterday and they just answer, and finally they told me yes we have the envelop but it's not yet open.
at least i know they have it now.
at least you know they have the envelope. I called several times but nothing they just created a ticket and I sent a web form there are two weeks but still nothing. did they say the reason why some envellopes are not open

Guys, I got my FP request on Aug 27th and completed on Aug 30th.
However the process status still doesn't say if CIC received my FP or not.
Any thoughts?
