I updated spreadsheet based on ECAS status changed to in process july 6 and 2line saying they started processing July 11 but today I came home and received a letter from IRCC stating applicantion has been transferred to VO dated July 5th.

I wonder why they are sending mail when I put my email and received AOR by email but Sponsor Approval and AOR2 sent by mail

When did change your status for sponsorship application to DM and how long took to receive the mail ? I'm asking because today mine changed but it doesn't show they sent an email or mail, there is not info so we have to inquiry about it or just wait to receive them.

I say DM june 27 then on 28th there was a 3rd line added saying Correspondant sent I called and agent confirmed Sponsor Approval since I was on vacation visiting PA and when I got home July 10th I saw a letter dated June 28 not sure when it arrived.

I also got medical request the 29th after DM

Anyone who submitted there PCC and schedule A thru Webform had an update as it was received as yet? I submitted mine on webform on June 16 and nothing as yet.

Looking for some more feedback forum! Did our medical upon request last week, and can see online that we have passed. Yahoo and will update the spreadsheet. But today got an email from them, saying our application was now being sent to the Sydney office for further processing. We applied Outbound from Australia back in May, but then moved here to Canada 1 month ago. I sent in a Change of Address notice with our new Canadian address, and it seems to be in the system, but on the email we got today, the address at the top of the letter specifies our old Australia address. So I hope that the processing in Sydney doesn't have anything to do with that.

Any of the pro's on here have any insight? or is it normal for all outbound applications from Oz to be routed through Sydney regardless of the address change? Appreciate the help.

On the Generic application !MM0008 the contact info is supposed to be the PA mailing address but i was afraid that they would send it to her so i had my adddress on there, but they returned stating that if the pa wanted CIC to share and send info to SA address that we would need to fill out a Representative form. Can anyone explain?
I have to get a signed approval from my wife, i thought we were one and we can exchange info but on the parer i see that is not the case. I need someone to explain to me on this part. Did every sponsor fill the Representative form ?

You have to fill the representative form only if you want to represent PA for their PR application. Then all the correspondence will come to you instead of PA. And in imm0008, give address of PA itself if you are not using representing yourself for PA's application.

One reason if that, if that's true interpretation, Trudeau would be advertising all over his Twitter/Facebook/Instagram that he reduced the spousal sponsorship processing to 3 months and not 12 months LOL
