Dates were in late April. My wife signed it mid April and sent it to me. I signed it the day I sent it to CPC.

Like my imm5532 form is the old version 12-2013, well new is 04-2017 but the date i input at signs in 14th april so may be they will accept as they may have some grace period but i am worried for your imm0008, but than again there have been people who aor recently and they sent old forms so i guess as this is not a major change, we may get through.

Hi, most of the people in a facebook group I followed for family sponsorship didn't put either. They said there seems to be no problem. I think you'll be fine. Stay positive.

Also I wanted to know, that I did not fill the Spouse(Sponsor) travelling history and mentioned that Spouse is the sponsor, would this effect, as I have seen many people did not fill out as it's not mandatory. Hello, question. In IMM 5532 part A #5: addresses where the sponsor have lived in 5 years time. Did any of you include the addresses when the sponsor travelled to visit you in months? Or did you just write the sponsor's addresses where he/she is a resident?

Me personally wrote the address of my home in india where i lived during wedding to show she and me lived together but i dont think it matters
