Would you be able to tell me how were you able to upload the Schedule A form through IRCC Web form? I went on this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp and clicked on "Report a problem". But after that I don't see any options to upload a file; I am only able to leave a comment.we already sent it via mail last june 2, I also sent it through IRCC Web form(but I sent the validated not the scanned form with a signed in it). So if you plan to send it via Webform make sure you signed and scanned before uploading. And checked your ECAS, most of us receive our correspondence on that online system.
Maybe I have the wrong link?

This is how I understand the process:
Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp and log in or create an account. I used the GCKey option.
Once your account is created, link your existing application to the online account (there is a button called "link application to this account". Once you've done that, you will be able to see the status of your application under "View my submitted applications or profiles". Click on "Check status and messages". There, you will see messages and requests from CIC directly. If they require you to upload your Schedule A, there should be a message with details on how to upload the file.
Hi there... i just recently receive my husbands medical request... so either he has to go to IOM manila or st.lukes taguig... my question is regarding their passport photo. What is the right size for the passport photo? Was it 2x2 or 2x3/4 inches long?? Thank you it advance

We have the same situation so I think it is safe to assume it is technical issue, especially given that they are doing maintenance work on the system.
I have the same situation when i checked the online tools.. but bec.I use a representative, she can see more detailed msgs from cic.
What I see is decision made but on my representative side... she said theyre waiting for us to send the schedule A form... and recently they sent my representative the medical request form... i guess only she can see it
PA coming on Dual Intent visitor visa is possible,but the chances of getting it is very less.
You can do medicals only when cic sends a ircc number for medicals to be done.

You should click the button "tell us more".. Then after filling the needed details on the last part I think there's another button if you want to continue then if you continue the upload button will appear.

Does any one know where to send an email for the issue of "no mail and message" whereas, the status under medical is updated and is asking for details.
I tried million times to reach them from yesterday but no luck. By any chance if there is a separate number to call if one is calling from Canada itself.
