hey guys, my wife's a may 1 applicant and we just received a PPR from Vienna. AOR2 was Aug 2. I have a question regarding the COPR photos..
if i'm reading this correctly we DONT need to send them new photos (we sent two copies when we submitted our application). The SA approval was done in CPC Mississauga and then transferred to Vienna for the applicant. Here is what the PPR says:

Two Passport-sized photographs as per Canadian norms

These photos will be used for your IMM-5688 form and for your Permanent Resident Card after your arrival in Canada. Please note that IRCC requirements for photographs differ from those of the European Union. Our photograph specifications can be found at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf. Depending if you already provided photographs or where you submitted your application, you may have to submit photos.

a) You have to submit photos if:

o You submitted your application online (such as under Express Entry)

o You submitted a physical paper application to one of the Case Processing Centres in Canada (in Sydney, Nova Scotia, in Ottawa or Mississauga, Ontario) and your file was primarily processed there or it was transferred for processing at any other IRCC offices worldwide other than the Embassy of Canada in Vienna.

o You submitted a physical paper file application which was transferred and processed primarily at the Embassy of Canada in Vienna, without photos or with photos of incorrect specifications or with photos older than six months.

b) You may not need to submit photos if you submitted a physical paper application less than six months ago with passport-sized photographs matching the requirements above to one of the Case Processing Centres (CPC) in Canada (Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, CPC-Ottawa, CPC-Mississauga) and you were informed that your file had been transferred for processing to the Embassy of Canada in Vienna.

Please if anyone can help out that would be appreciated!

thanks!

No I’m from Washington state, my application was submitted back in May 2017. I submitted a web inquiry to LA VO an they said wait another 90 Days before submitting any file related questions.

I hope that it doesn't take too much longer for you.

I'm actually an October applicant. You were the only one who recently posted about the LA VO. lol. But yes, I'm from California. My wife is Canadian and the application was sent from Calgary. Where in Canada are you planning to be?

Hi folks,

Please, please help me. I got PPR (PNP outland) as single but I didn't send my passport. I got married on January 29 and notify about the marriage. I received an email from the LVO requesting some forms including the "Complete
Relationship
information
and sponsorship evaluation
(IMM5532)". But that form ask questions assuming I am a permanent resident and living in Canada, how I suppose to fill that form?.

Beside that, they did not request my spouse's birth certificate, nor medicals, nor PCC, nor processing fees? What can I do? Should I include those document just in case? I pay fees in advance?

Thanks
