Congrats! Our timelines are similar (except for the med request), so hopefully that portends well for the rest of us May Mississauga peeps.Hey - just randomly checked my Ecas whilst on holidays last week and found I had DM! Then checked my GCKey and saw my BGC is at last in progress. Have updated the spreadsheet - can hardly believe my eyes, to be honest. No idea of when I'll be done or what stage I'm really at - have received no emails or anything since 29 August when I got the email to say my app was being processed in Mississauga.
Hi, I know it’s been a while, but wondering if you’ve had any progress on your application? And which local VO is yours sent to? Ours was the same way, submitted may 1, then schedule A request was Aug 23rd. We submitted everything the next day and got an email it’s been transferred to the Sydney visa office. Everyone else’s seems to be moving faster, I wish we had submitted the schedule A with the whole package.hi guys,
a question for you guys.
i submitted the application package on May 1.
couple days ago, i got an email from Mississauga office saying to submit the Schedule A IMM 5669.
There were nothing about the request on my GC Account. only request was via email.
the email said to send only the requested doc which was Schedule A. It didnt ask to submit PCC.
My question is:
- Is this normal way to request for Schedule A? only through email?
- it has been five months from submitting the application PKG to receiving an request for Schedule A.
From my looking through the forum, this seems like a long period time between the two.
should i this 'long period' and 'request from email' raised for concern?
im basically concerned whether my application is in a proper progress with immigration.
Thank you
Congrats! That is great news!!! I was just curious to know if on your ECAS it updated when they recieved your police check? I just checked ours and it updated to show they recieved the medical results, but not the police check. We are having some concerns that our police check got delivered correctly and any info would be greatly appreciated! No, actually on my Ecas it says in the notes bit that they sent me communication on 21 June requesting more docs, a message that only appreared last week when it changed from 'applicatiin received' to 'decision made'. However my GCKey clearly says they have received and are reviewing all the docs required. Madness - the two systems don't seem to match at all!Congrats! That is great news!!! Thank you! And I agree - the two systems dont really match! I guess they are still in the process of figuring the whole online status update thing! We are just concerned beacause on our GCKey - it has never read that they recieved our police check and about a week ago it says they need more additional documents and will send a message.... but we havent got a message! We are thinking that there is a possibility that they lost the police check internally somehow...No, actually on my Ecas it says in the notes bit that they sent me communication on 21 June requesting more docs, a message that only appreared last week when it changed from 'applicatiin received' to 'decision made'. Ah no that's a total pain and so unsettling. Not knowing anything for certain and all the doubt is a killer. Sorry to hear that. Are you going to have to embark upon a phonecall adventure?Thank you!
