I'm a April Applicant: My application due date was August 19, 2017. Updated date was July 20, 2017; It was still pending review by a second officer, my other set of notes should be arriving within the next 2 weeks.
Another NDVO March Applicant ordered notes and the application due date changed from July to Oct; He has recommended pass too.

Criminality is you PCC check
Security is your background check

not to keep bothering you, but you sort of gave me a ray of sunshine with your info so just one more question ... sponsors can order the notes on behalf of our PA right eventhough we are not assigned as the representative??

Your looking at the wrong section (what you are looking at it is when your medicals will expire); look at page 2 under:
APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
ASSIGNED TO:
ASSIGNED BY:
DUE DATE:

This signifies when the Officer working on your file will look at your file again! If the due date is further than a month; it means they are waiting on information; eg. additional documents, security, more medical test results etc.

you do need a representative form for ordering GCMS notes
