wow my app process just got a bit more complicated :) i, the sponsor, was born outside of canada. i came to canada as a refugee in late 80's. i became naturalize citizen through my parents (they did the citizen test). i am case 2.1?

baby was born outside canada. mother is not Canadian citizen and is in a third world country thank you for the congrats :)

update: to anyone reading in the future. no not necessary. still got app approved.

i am Canadian citizen, newborn should be Canadian citizen.
