I don't think so. Since you can see the upload option in gckey account, you should upload them...

Good day everyone!..My documents was returned because we didn't include Representative Form..Now im trying to fill up this form but im a little confused on Question number 3... it states that..... (If you have submitted your application.
A)Name of office where the application was submitted...
B)Type of application(permanent resident, extension of study permit, citizenship, etc..)
..my question is do i have to fill up this line?yes i submitted my application but it was returned..If i had to fill it up,maybe i could put office in Mississauga??and is it Permanent Resident or Spousal Sponsorship...Your opinion is highly appreciated..Thank you.

Hi yes, it would be Permanent resident. If spousal sponsorship is not there permanent resident is what you put. Also, Mississauga is what you should put considering you sent it to that office. What seems strange to me is that they sent back your application so why should you put something in that slot. I don't think putting it there will hurt. You could always add another blank sheet which explain this slight discrepancy (isn't needed but im big on giving more information than they need so they don't come back begging for more). This link might be useful, it tells how to fill out the representative form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5561E.asp . I didn't use a representative though. Hope this helps....

Roughly how many days would it take on the GC key to update after we load the additional documents? my gc key still shows we need additional documents even I have uploaded the additional documents.

We will be re-submitting the form at the VFS center of Canadian embassy just to be on the safer side. PCC and confirmation of payment along the letter

i think it changes to "we do not need any more docs" or something like that once they review and all.. i am not sure though.. mine hasn't changed, i uploaded day before yesterday.

Did you guys get any update for Medicals? tried to call?

yes got a mail for medical on june 29 got medical done on july 3 ,july 12 status changed to medical passed ...now we got a message in account for sch A, travel history form and photos of signing marriage docs we sent all of these with the package, but they are asking i am going to upload them today
