I thought the process got faster nowadays . We submitted our application on 27th may 2017 . We have also applied for TRV . If immigration takes time , I hope my TRV gets approved .

Cant say about your TRV app, but background check is the longest stage in the PR application, they aim to complete sponsorship apps within 12 months now so you understand they can take their time with this.

Hello,
Yes it is changed to passed and even gckey has the same status.
Everything is done and i called them to confirm the docs have been linked to the application but file not transferred, maybe this week i hope.
What bout you?

Actually I did medical on 30th June still they didn't received yet as my doctor send it 1 July don't know what's going on

While sending the application to cic we just have to send photos of the the person being sponsored or the photos of the sponsorer as well. Like I m the permanat resident so do I need to send my passport size photos as well or just my wife's passport size photos.

No. You don't need to Sponsor's photo. Just PA's photo according to the specification.
