Having some panic moments reading all this. I as well didn't notice the new forms, but went through them line for line with the earlier versions and there is no new or different questions. Information is all the same, so if they reject on that basis when it takes people weeks and months to put these together, that is horrible. Hoping they accept and don't send back as we have a unique situation. We sent OUTLAND application from Australia but are moving imminently and will be living in Canada as of June 20th, so if they send back it will come to Australia and have to be re-directed to Canada. We did so in the hope that the Outland applications are processed faster than the Inland. Anybody know how we notify them of our change in local once we are landed in Canada?

Sent paper copy via courier on May 17th. Courier says delivered on Sat May 20th. Now Wed the 24th and no notification or receipt. Did not sign up for the text notification, but tried to today and can't seem to send the text from Australia. Keep getting Message Send Failure. Not sure if its my phone settings. Anybody else have this issue? Also tried to call the 1-888 number but can't seem to get that to connect from Australia either.

Hoping to get a receipt soon!

You don't need to fill IM-1283. You need to submit your latest Notice of Assessment and Letter of Employment.
You also don't need to fill IM-5481. I believe that is an outdated form.

Im so glad they didnt return it despite using the old forms for IMM0008 and IMM5532.

Sponsor Forms:
1) IMM 1344 : Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.
2) IMM 5532: (download a new form) Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.
3) IMM 5481: Only, If sponsoring dependent children who don't have their own children.
4) IMM 1283 (Financial Evaluation) : Only if you are sponsoring a dependent child who has a dependent child.
5) IMM 5476: Only if one use a representative.

PA Forms:
1) IMM 1344: Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.
2) IMM 0008: (download a new form) Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.
3) IMM 0008DEP : Only one has more than 5 dependents.
4) IMM 5406 :Additional family info (Only PA and other member who are accompanying with PA will fill this form. This form is not for sponsor.)
5) IMM 5532: (download a new form) Both PA and Sponsor fill and sign on the same form.

Additional family info: IMM 5406 ( for PA and members accompanying PA in application)

PLEASE NOTE: IMM 1344 and IMM 5532 are updated in MARCH and APRIL so please download and fill new forms. There must be only one form for PA and sponsor both.

No. Read what he typed. Both the PA and the Sponsor fill and sign on the same form. On the last page there are spots for both your signatures. One form.....two signatures

Yes I did that but from what I read here I understand that you have to fill two forms?

I dont know whether its the mistake or just the way you wrote is confusing, in simple words

Sponsor will fill imm1344
Pa will imm0008, imm5406, and that travel history form
Imm5532 is common form for both to fill together
None of the form above is 2 copies, all are required as only 1 copy
