It's only his parents and brother. They've now been listed on the Additional Family Information page. We have the 2 recent photos, we've made them visible instead of in the photographers envelope. Thought it would be common sense. But hey! It appears to be all correct now, I've triple checked. There shouldn't be any issues past this.

I don't think keeping photos inside an envelope is the issue. I kept all photos in the studio envelope. It's all about arranging documents in the order they are asking for, make it easy for them to review. Provide supportive documents for each entry in the application.
By the way, best of luck with the current application.

Also, do we upload the form A or just form B or both?

First, submitted my scanned signature. And for the supporting documents like fb conversations, we didn't translate it. We used our language(in the phils) but in English letters/characters.

Translation for the supporting documents like fb messenger convo will be effective on july 15 for the new kit that they introduce. But in regard to the scanned signature some says that they got an Aor by doing that but who knows? It is up to the officer who will assess your application. Good luck

So how do u check on ecas after sending the file ?

you need the UCI, or file number etc to check ecas do you have that yet

There are 5 rows in personal history(#8). It is said that if there's not enough space to provide ne essary infos, attach a separate sheet of paper with details. Print your name at the top of each addt'l sheet and indicate there the title of the form and the number of the question you answered.

this if for IMM 5669. I found a way to add more rows...you can add one row at a time, so validate then save then close then re-open, then add rows..repeat if more rows are needed. you cant add more than one row at a time.
