· Please complete Section 8 of Appendix A you will find on the following website <- - [if! SupportLists]> <! - - [Endif]!> Http: //www.cic.gc .ca / french / pdf / kits / form / IMM5669F.pdf. If we do not receive the information requested within 30 days, your application will be considered only on the basis of the existing record, which may result in refusal.

Pending your response, please accept, Madam, Sir, our best regards.

Yep, that is a specific request for the RPRF and seems like an updated or corrected IMM5669.

The 30 days and the consideration of existing record means you have 30 days to pay the fee or risk being denied.

Hi, yes it's the Primary Applican't information which you need to use to open the account and link their file.
The account should be opened in that person's name and info.
Then link needs very particular information which must match the information on the application.

For example the Number of people question - the answer is at least two, the applicant and the sponsor
This number must match the number which you put on the application where you added up the number of people covered by the application.
From the available selections for id you must provide, choose two which you can't make a mistake with, like passport number
and place of birth. the place of birth should be the same as listed in the application, the same as listed on the birth certificate
Don't write a long address including district and country and postal code for place of birth. write the name of the community as listed on the birth certificate.

Here's a link which I found helpful, a thread on linking the application

There's 19 pages in this thread so far so there's likely people there who have answered your questions.

Hey guys... I am the sponsor and received SA on July 27th via email with PDF letter attached, and confirmation that the file was transferred to Ottawa. (App was received May 31st.)

PA side now shows "In Progress" and we see the line, "We started processing (PA)'s application on July 25, 2016." What does this mean exactly? Is this AOR2? Are they actually processing it in Ottawa now?

I am asking my representative if he has linked MyCIC and hopefully we can get more info.
