UPDATE:

I didn't received my SA email and no update in e-cas so I decided to double check one more time (yes, I'm paranoid!) the status of my application. I called CIC this morning and he said that I'm approve as sponsor and in my file, it says that they already sent an email. I told him that I checked my email before calling them. He said, for some reason, sometimes the email doesn't go thru even it shows "sent" on their end. He advise me to call again after few days if I still haven't receive anything. Woohooo!

So for those who are beyond 50days (at least), you can call them and check your status.

I'm May 3, called last week was told the same, and that a letter will be sent to me not an email..... they sent a batch of letters to people instead of each separately...!!

Hi All,

Just called CIC and came to know that my SPONSORSHIP IS Approved and file was send to New Delhi.
May 11 Applicant.

She did mention that the SPONSORSHIP approval letter will be send my regular post not via email.

Hi, for those who have already got SA, congrats! Are the SA sent out by mail or email?
I recently moved but I was not able to access my application online with sponsor info, so I was not able to change my address online(called CIC and they don't do address change over the phone), I'm afraid that if SA is sent out by mail then I'll for sure miss it if I do not change address online ASAP.

Any suggestions? thanks a lot for help

The SA could be sent by email, post mail, or nothing at all. You need to call CIC and inform them that you have change your address. If your are more than 43 days, you can also inquire about the status of your application.

There are several people in this group (including me) who is approved already (SA) but didn't get anything.

Dial the same number and follow these choices: 2>1>1>0

Listen as well because you just need to press those numbers when they ask you to make a selection.

i also have same problem may 10 applicant. they say no representive can pick ur call.

It is normal that your call will be disconnected (or will not be transfer to a representative) especially when there's a lot in queue. Just try to call again.

I tried to call them twice in different days and was able to get thru. It is just a busy call center.
