Any May applicant got PPR or got your BG Check in process? This silence from VO is now so painful. I noticed last month similar time lots of April applicant got PPR and BG check started.

Any infos?

Hi,
I applied to Sponsor my wife, I got an email requesting a proof of intent to return to Canada, Police clearance, 2 photos and Passport, VO: Cairo - Egypt.

regarding intent to return to Canada, I provided the following:
1. Opened bank account
2. Show that I have enough money to live with my family for one year
3. flat, jobs, medical insurance, shipping searches and communication
4. My B.Sc. degree accredited by WES (World Education Services)
5. My plan till travel
6. My plan after reaching Canada
7. Why I want to go to Canada

Do you thinks this is enough?
Is the request of photos and passport is a good sign?

I would hope that is suitable. Smart move on adding the degree accreditation.
And from what I would assume, requesting your wife's passport is a very good sign!

There is one May 4 applicant from Manila VO who got DM already last week. Not sure with the date tho. They got visa on hand already b

In the same boat, i'm getting very frustrated of how unorganized the system of sponsoring a spouse can be.. Drives me insane looking at nothing changing. Especially with the Singapore VO

I can't agree more on this with you.
Its unfair and really frustrating how SVO deals with cases. I have seen APR applicant file application middle or late APR got DM PPR last month and this month its silent all of a sudden.
Manila, Abu-dhabi are moving fast.
Of course I know cases are different but how they schedule interview date for a applicant earlier than other applicant where other applicant was on queue before and same country.
Totally not fair!

Hello fellow MAY applicants!

I just want to share with you that we got VOH last Oct21 and we are May4 applicant. Timeline in signature. I can't believe that we made it in 5months considering the fact that we are in the red flag zone and unable to provide 2 PCCs. Finally, the waiting game is over for us!

did you now you can send an email to your VO office to see where they are with your application. ever since monday ive been having problems with my last paperwork they (paris vo )asked for it just hope theres no more mistakes. they told me thats the only problem to finish my application.
