That's crazy! Why wouldn't they have an order?

That's the big question!

Some applicants finish way earlier than those applicants who applied few months ahead of them. Read the April2016 thread. It's confusing that some of them doesn't have Sponsorship Approval yet but we are getting AOR1 already.

No kidding. Two people who applied either the same day or only a couple days before me got SA a week ago and now have DM through Ottawa (my expected VO after SA).

Some who applied after me have SA as well. They don't really do applications in order.

...which really sucks because you dont know what's your real progress unless you're close to the finish line!

Isn't here a change they may forget one as they go along like this not doing it in order?? Really hope they are organized there!

Seems like the sudden flurry of quick processing and DMs has slowed considerably - not much movement on SA's or AORs either. From what I can tell, it's across different threads and VO's!

It boggles the mind that there is little or no transparency in this process nor a qualitative measure on service standards and delivery of service.

How do people cope and plan their lives when it's all so up in the air with no idea about timelines....."SMH"

I mean, people still lead full lives while this process moves at a snail's pace, not easy to just up and leave everything at short notice!

How do people plan for this if they are in jobs, kids in school etc? Ideas anyone?

I agree!! I guess the way to cope is taking one day at a time!

I'm able to access ecas now using my husband's (primary applicant) info + application number. When I tried to access using my info (sponsor), I'm unable to access it.
