Hey guys, I have a question.

I have my application "In Process" right now.

What's the next step? Process transferred to my local office? Will I get a notification at some point about intervew/test? Or should I keep my eye on ECAS all the time?

Thanks!

There is no longer a separate Local Office Transfer line in E-Cas. According to CIC, In-Process now means that the file has been transferred already or will soon be. The next step is the test if there are no additional documents required. A line saying so will appear in E-Cas when they send out a postal mail test invitation to your address. It goes like this:
"We sent you a notice on Month dd, yyyy to appear and write the citizenship test on Month dd, yyyy at X:xx AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

Hi all,

Just a quick update to let everyone know that I received AOR today for the application I resubmitted in July (mentioned earlier in this thread). Can someone update the sheet? Only have my phone right now.

When did they receive the new application? I'll gladly update the info for you, but for the sake of statistics (the averages and whatnot) and accurate representation, I think it's better to put down the date they received the application which got the AOR for as to not give the sense that the AOR is for the May one when it's not. :)
