I found a website which hosts an excel file of all immigration(PR) application details processed or received in each month and year. They do have the Trending data.

http://data.gc.ca/data/en/dataset/5c003561-ce36-4881-a5a4-c30f9f456690

I am not sure if anyone else has posted this, but i found this very informative(so wanted to share with you all) as we will come to know the volume of applications that are submitted each month from different contries and can estimate how much time it might take, just to keep ourselves on the curious edge.

There are also a bunch of other Excel files which can be helpful however the only thing is that they show the statistics upto September 2013. So we cannot know about the current trends.

They are supposed to update it every quarter, i hope they will update it soon.

Anyone know if these are viewable without having Excel? ::)

Just out of curiousity about the turn around times that are updated on a weekly basis now being 55 days too :( sigh.. Does that mean 55 days from when an application is received? at this rate I think our applications are going to be reviewed way outside these timelines and it maybe July/August?
And now I'm feeling worried about ensuring I have enclosed all the paperwork for my application too. I know it is what it is in terms of turnaround times but so stressful!

I think the answer is yes. With ours, the timeline was posted as 27 days to process sponsorship applications (AOR Feb. 24, 2014) and a decision was made (sponsorship approved) on April 1st, which was oddly right on the mark - if you count only the weekdays (M-F)

so the way of counting is 55 WORKING days? jeez... makes it even worse. yokies, yeah, we should expect by the end of july/ beginning of august.. i have no bloody idea, it pisses me off ::) better not to expect anything with CIC.

I know . So annoying... But I wonder what happens if they usually send COPR before the expiry date of your medical exam? I hope we all get sponsorship approved before August, perhaps late June Early July :(

CIC received our app on may 9th. 55 working days means we'll obtain it on 25th july. wow... seriously... but i'm pretty sure processing times will go even more up, not down.. so we should expect even further delays..

Mrs.Purcy, i noticed you're not on the spreadsheet. i've added you :) please complete any missing data :D

they will most likely extend the medicals to help the applicant get through landing.

thank you!

When I applied CIC was 30 days for sponsorship approval. I wonder if that still applies or it's going to be 55 days instead of 30...

Good day to all applicants in this thread!
I am also new in this forum and wanted to read others stories

I am from the Philippines and sent my application last May 8,
and according to DHL tracking,it was delivered in Missisauga in May 12.
its been a month now and we haven't heard anything yet.

makes me anxious more about their response moreover the AOR. :'(

feel free to add yourself to the spreadsheet (link in my description)
