Hi guys... I finally got PPR today (Yay! ;D )...
but I have a question: In the PPR email CIC has only requested the Passports for myself and family members - they have not requested for anything else.
I was under the impression they request for PP photos also... no? When do they request for Photos?

--------------------
btw... my timelines were:
Appl. Received - 8-May-2014
AOR - 18-Jun-2014
<went into 2nd review>
Medical Request - 16-Jun-2015
RPRF - 17-Jun-2015
PPR - 7-Jul-2015

They will not request for photos.
The photos you have sent on your initial application will be used on your COPR.
Congratulations.

Hi Guys,

My open work permit is going to expire soon, so I want to apply for Bridge open work permit.

When I tried to apply bridge open work permit online, then I found that I need to provide "IMM5802 Offer of Employment to a Foreign National LMIA-Exempt" from my employer as well.

I want to know if I really need to provide this document?

Thanks,
Jimmy

Hi ljiljka007, how did you come to know that your medicals have passed? Does CIC say that in ECAS when they update the status?

Thanks,
adipadi

Passed as results are ok. Went to see a doctor this morning, he told me that everything is ok and that he uploaded the results this morning to Ottawa online.

But as much as I know, cic should update status to "medical received" once they upload the file.

Hello Guys,

You can see my timeline on the left, i have crossed the 13 month mark and i e mailed CIC to find out about my applications, this is what they had to say. There is absolutely nothing helpful here:

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

Our office confirms that your application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that the processing times for permanent residence applications within the Canadian Experience class category are of an average of 15 months.

No action or document is needed from you at this present time and while we process applications as expeditiously as possible, each application is unique and we are unable to guarantee a specific time frame for its completion.

An officer will contact you if additional information or documents are required.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

Is anybody in a similar situation?

HI,

Recently I have called CIC office to book an appointment to EtoBicoke office in Toronto.
Does any one have tried this option of Inland landing ?

What are the time delays of Etobioke.

Please share your experience.

Roger - I am in the similar situation, I did my medical on Dec-27-2014. They asked for FCI PCC on Mar-19-2015. RPRF was paid on Apr-9-2015. I submitted by FBI PCC on Jun-19.
I am yet to hear from them for PPR :(
