Did your eligibility pass before those document requests? What is your NOC code?

Yes, in the second note, it said:
Eligibility:passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Security: not started

These situation was before asking additional documents. My NOC is 4011.

Its heart breaking watching all of the June and July applicants get accepted.

My WP is due to expire in August and I already have work flapping about it. (BOWP is 83 day delay).

I'm trying my best not to check ECAS daily, but I must ask -

Has anyone heard of being accepted/decision made with no ECAS updates?

I have :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 30, 2014.
2. Medical results have been received.

I'm from the UK so am visa exempt, I've paid my RPRF upfront. Just wondering if its possible for the COPR to show up in the mail before the third line/decision made is added to my ECAS?

Thanks

March Applicant here, I'm exactly that case.

June 8th, I received my COPR in the mail without any updates on ECAS or any notification from CIC. I was exactly at the same spot. "Medical Results have been received" was the last update on my ECAS.

I did upfront RPRF, and pretty much the same as what you did.
I know waiting kills. but it's all well worth it at the end.

So CIC issued you a MR and then sent your file to second review?

Yes, I even got rprf request after paying fees upfront and they still sent file for second review.
I am so unsure of how they go about the whole process, there seems to be no consistency.

Thank you so much Mrnevermind! :D - This has made us very happy to hear this news. I was really chilled out about the whole thing until work started getting worried and are playing ignorant to the whole 'implied status' situation.

We will continue to wait.

I guess you were a postdoc or professor. Are you working in some sensitive fields? Since your eligibility passed, I guess CIC is working on your security check.

Yeah, we all know how stressful waiting can be. I wish you the best. It always comes when you least expect it

seconded, In my case as well there were no requests from cic. I did all upfront. Upfront LOE with duties (for second review), upfront medical, upfront rprf (this helped me a lot). The only response I got after AOR was PPR :) Don't hesitate to do upfront medical and rprf. Hang in there guys we are almost there.

Hey! I am planning to do upfront medicals. Can u pls tell me the process ? do I need to send any documents to cic from my end or the doctor does it all ?

You need Passport and Work permit copy.

Group member,

If anyone is doing upfront medical,
a) How many days it would take for CIC to attach with our application
b) Can we see upfront status in Ecase status.

Yes. I am doing postdoc and I have applied with postdoc NOC.

Regarding the sensitive field, I am at university lab and my topic is not something serous or sensitive.

Amrinder,
I think you should get an update within two week. I am saying this based on looking at the trend.

What documents I have to send to cic after medical ? Or doc does that ?
