After a long-grueling wait, I have received the passport request just now.

I send positive thoughts towards all of you who are still waiting to hear on your applications and wish you best of luck and hope that news of my PPR will spur some hope that your turn is approaching soon.

please advice: I called CIC today and the agent told me that they are still working on the background criminality and there is a note on my file tells "till July 18th", yet everything looks fine till now. They might contact me after one month, one month and half, but till that time July 18th we cannot do anything. Call us after that day and we can head them up".
Please seniors what is your opinion?!

Hi friend,
based on the notes i see there is one comment saying "NOA for 2013 to be requested", probably you might want to send the Notice of assessment to them over email and then can wait.
this is just a thought that i have got by looking at your notes.

as you havent received any communication asking as such for this info... may be its upto you to decide whether to send it or not...

give it a thought friend...

probably by sending email they might want to touch the application and make some progress... fingers crossed
