trying to get out of this immense pressure.... dont know what to doooo...trying to keep myself away but it keeps me pulling into this :

It was same for me...I used to check this form and check cic website around 10 times in a day...I always used to tell my wife about it and she always used to say that it will come in its own time....The more you think/wait for them the more it will....So just take a small break be patient and it will be good....can u update the sheet too please...

I called 2 times to cic agent for this Q. Answer which I got sharing with you. (Both time answer was same)
- Processing time calculate from the day application transferred from NS office to processing centre .
Example your application reached as NS on 15th Feb. You got ON 15th March and your application transferred to Processing office on 10th Apr.

So your Processing time counter will start form 10th Apr.

I think CEC 1304 is right on this. My GCMS notes said due date for my application is July 15,2015. Thats a year from when they transfer my file to CPP Ottawa. AOR received July 10, 2014.

I totally agree with Nihon and my case is like Cepheus74. My last touch for my application was December 29th, however I paid RPPF and MR done and updated my schedule A history.
I called them twice today and I have been told by the agents to wait till the end of May of June 22.
My concern is my family's visitor vises extension. If I did not receive from them by May 06 then I have to apply for extending their vises and pay $450.
May everyone be granted patience or whatever we hope for soon!

Just called cic (Even though the vo made a mistake and overlooked my hours on my record of employment causing it to go to review) they said it take until August 30 until my case is completed. My processing time is up may 30 and I can't do nothing until then where I would need to call cic so that they can write to the vo.

Oh man. This wait is agonising.

OMG. I have just raised a ticket with Canada Post as my Xpresspost has not arrived yet.
Tracker says out for Delivery since Apr-9-2015 but I hvae not received it yet.
I am soooo concern right now ... my passport and copr is in there.
OMG .. soo worried!

Just to let you know I had a similar situation. Also, they are not delivering anything on weekends. So, my passport finally showed up on Monday afternoon. Hope it helps! Sometimes Canada Post misplaces packages, but they aren't lost. Good luck!

Canada Post return tracker for passport and COPR activated !!!

Passport arrived at CIC Ottawa on 27th March.

Passport sent by CIC Ottawa on 10th April.

Hope to get the passport on Monday !!!

Sometimes Canada post people do not get to enter the building and then they make the second attempt next day. If same happens on next day, the post reaches to nearest Canada Post.
If it was out for delivery on 9th, it should be available for pickup tomorrow or latest by Monday. But I dont think they have lost it.

In my case they left the passports in the mailbox. I am guessing these should be handed over in person. But the delivery alert came as soon as they dropped off!

Got my passport and copr today...

Thank you all guys for patiently answering my questions...with out you guys this waiting proccess would feel like hell..
