I called today and they said I should hear something next month!!!!

I also asked if there was a process to speed it up and the answer was NO!

I received GCMS and they said that my work experience is less than 12 month. Reason is that I received study permit 10 days before the end of the period of 1 year work experience that I claimed.

RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER . Is that means "second review"? What is the second review?

I just can't get it. If VO said I have less than 12 month and I am not eligible, so why they keep me still in process?

Really disappointed.

Seniors, what should I do in this case? I didn't know that ones you received another permit, the previous ending immediately in the same day. This is only 10 days difference. I didn't have vacation during that 1 year period of work experience and I worked 40 hours per week, so indeed I reached the minimum hours. And my payroll shows exactly 1 year of work.

What you asked to CIC, normally they will not answer in this way.
Had any due date/field in the application they looked for this ?

I said my application is near the 12 months is there any update. I don't know how accurate what I was told is, but time will tell
