Please send it to below address along with your information such as Name, UCI#, file# etc. or a copy of AOR and cover letter along with it.

FYI: PCC's validity is for 1 year not 3 months. CIC says while submitting your application your PCC shouldn't be old than 3 months. But if you submit it after submitting your application it should be ok.

Hello! I am getting ready to apply next week. Just want to know if PCC (coming from Canada) should be included right away or should I wait for the officer to request from me as stated in the CIC website. Thanks!

As per the cic website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/canada.asp

"Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Only in certain cases. The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed.

How and where do I obtain one?
If the visa office asks you to complete a criminal record check, visit the RCMP website for instructions."

Hi Guys,
I have a question re: my CELPIP results:
Listening 7
Writing 6
Reading 7
Speaking 5

My NOC is B.
Im confused on the chart in CIC website that there is a line that NOC B= CLB level all =6
and there is another line that say NOC B, CLB Level all = 5.

Im wondering if this results is qualified or I need to retake the exam because I results of 5 in speaking.
is there anybody in the forums who has the results of 5 but their application has been accepted?

Thank you in advance!

Hello Guys,

I have question for you. I have applied PR in May and received my AOR in July. As I have applied without police clearance certificate. Now I am moving to India. Do I need to to submit Both India and Canada police clearance certificate?

India PCC is a mandatory. They will ask anytime. However, RCMP(Canada PCC) will depend on VO.

Actually the Language Chart is pretty Simple (I am not sure why others are confused on this)

IELTS
for NOC 0 or A - you should have the following minimum score IN EVERY ABILITY to qualify:

Listening 6.0 or CLB 7
Reading 6.0 or CLB 7
Writing 6.0 or CLB 7
Speaking 6.0 or CLB 7
(Note: If one of your ability's score is lower than the above then you need to retake).

for NOC B - you should have the following minimum score IN EVERY ABILITY to qualify:

Listening 5.0 or CLB 5
Reading 4.0 or CLB 5 - Yes, they only require 4.0 for reading!
Writing 5.0 or CLB 5
Speaking 5.0 or CLB 5
(Note: If one of your ability's score is lower than the above then you need to retake)

Here is the copy of the link for full details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp

any insight to whether this is a problem or not would be greatly appreciated

I applied at the end of april and recieved an email confirming "application is considered complete and has been placed into processing" on may 6th and have not heard anything since, however when i was finally able to view the status of my application online it reads "application received april 11th" should i be worried the date is incorrect?
