Dear All,

My cc was charged on 25-Jun-2014 and received my AOR on 03-Jul-2014. My cc has been replaced with the new number now.
Do I have to inform CIC. If yes, should I write letter with my new cc details or fill up the payment form and send it to below address. Please advise.

Correct, all CEC applications have to be mailed to the CIO in Sydney and will be transferred to Ottawa for processing.

nov1061/iam_toby,

So u mean my application has already reached Ottawa for further processing? My status is still showing 'Application Received'
How can we confirm that the application is with Ottawa office.
Initially also thought to send the additional documents to Ottawa but after reading few other threads on the same i am little but worry on where to send.

100% answer. There's nothing to add.

So what's the next step in the process, guys? When can we all expect to hear from them again?

Additional document requests could be just around the corner and then the MR :)
We all know what comes next, after the MR....

Please send it to below address along with your information such as Name, UCI#, file# etc. or a copy of AOR and cover letter along with it.

FYI: PCC's validity is for 1 year not 3 months. CIC says while submitting your application your PCC shouldn't be old than 3 months. But if you submit it after submitting your application it should be ok.

While submitting the PCC. Do we have to use same size envelope or can we use small one and is the address good for both courier or regular mail?

Please advise.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Doesn't matter in what envelope you send the PCC, as long as it gets to CIC :)
I would use the same size you received it in, just so you don't have to fold it more often.
