Which bank issued you a draft ?
Coz I had it from td Canada trust . They had been telling me that its not cashed until 25th and I received AOR on 25th with acknowledged date of 20th for the draft been cashed already. So there was no point for me to check the status with bank . I would say just wait until you reach the average current processing time. You will have a smile soon . :)

Yes is from td Canada trust. So what I understand you received your Aor before they cashed?

Hie Friend's, i have a question for you all... I Came to Canada as a International Student for a Hospitality course which was for 8 moths followed by an Internship of Two months, I finished my college exams in April and moved to Alberta for My Internship in May, finished my internship in first week of July and started working as Full time Permanent Worker in the same establishment on off campus work permit. Received my graduation letter on 6th August 2013 from college and then applied for my Post Gradation Work permit in September and was on implied status for a while received my Post Graduation Work permit on 1Oth of October for one year which is valid till 10th of October 2014. I am planing to apply for Canadian Experience class on 7th of August 2014. Do i qualify for the program in relation to 1 year of skilled worker experience ( since July till date i am working with the same employer as a Manager)..
And if yes..... Do you guys think i have enough time where i ll receive a file number before " 9th of October 2014" in order to apply for Bridging Open Work permit. If not what do you guys think i have as an option to stay in Canada and keep working..

Thanking in Advance for your kind and thoughtful replies friends.. :) :)

Banchos22, I had similar experience with TD Canada Trust. They only let me know my bank draft was cashed on July 3rd and received AOR on July 4th. On the AOR it specified they acknowledge cashing the draft on June 26th which is on par with other applications received may 23rd

Dear All,

I have question for all, One of my friend has taken CELPIP exam and his score is as follow:

Reading: 6
Listening: 10
Writing: 8
Speaking: 9

Because he got 6 in Reading section. Do you guys think he can still go ahead and apply for PR under CEC class. He's NOC code is 2171.

Appreciate your help.

I think he/she need to get 7 minimum in each categories.

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC 0 or A job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

NOC CLB Level Test results for each ability

CELPIP-G-2014 9+ 9+ 9+ 9+

CELPIP-G-2014 8 8 8 8

Hi,

Please update the excel file for my information.

I have received my AOR on July 8, 2014.

Thanks,
Jimmy

OMG, guys, I've just received a file number. Literally, at 8:44 pm. I'm overjoyed! I think I'm going to cry. It's a long way to go, but I'm one more step closer to staying in this country.

Please update the spreadsheet. My username is the same (Arwy).
Payment charged: July 2nd.
AOR received: July 9th

Congrats, guys!
