so the one who is being sponsored should fill in 5669.

Hey! Tnx for your reply...i knew i had to fill the form, but the question was that on the form do i tick the "Primary Applicant" or "spouse" box. My consultnat said i should tick spouse but i feel i am the primary applicant and should tick that box.

That was the whole issue.

Can someone suggest about the Option C issue pls

Hi There.I sent sponsorship application on May 15 to CPC Mississauga.Application received on May 21 AOR received on June 8.I just checked e cas and status is In Process undersponsorship application status with following message.We sent you a letter on June 10 2013 about the decision on your application.Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.What does this mean is my application approved or denied.

I can't wait to receive our AOR, we submitted it May 28 and received by CPC-Mississauga May 29, 2013.

The info kkbaggio linked has the IMM5669 listed under "Immigration forms (the applicant should fill these out)". If you are the one who is immigrating, then you are the one filling it out; so you are the principal applicant. So you would tick off "principal applicant". It really is pretty simple.

I mean that form is under your section so you are the Primary Applicant.

Congrats on the approval! Next step ... is more waiting! did you get your UCI and File number (starting with F + 8 digits) from them over the phone? that would allow you to have access to Ecas... however ecas doesn't say much.

New Delhi requests the passport very early in the process, so you can also wait until they contact you, in the email requesting your passport they will have the file number and UCI. Don't get too excited about getting a passport request - in ND it doesn't mean that they are working on your file, it only means that they have received your application from Mississauga. There are a few New delhi Threads with spreadsheet that will give you an idea of the waiting times.

Hi Sweden, please help me with this...Do I still need to accomplish these aside from the NBI that we get here in Manila?

Do we need to includes these downloadable forms in our application or is it already the NBI clearance that we have?

Do we need to have a form to include with all our fingerprints are on them?

" A completed Request for Police Certificates/Clearances and Authorization for Release of Information form (see Appendix A). Include photocopies for each applicant.
A set of fingerprints, if required by the authority of the country. Your local police or RCMP may be able to tell you where you can get fingerprints done. Take the Fingerprint Request Letter (see Appendix B) and your photo identification (passport, travel document, etc.) with you when you go to get fingerprints taken. You may have to pay a fee.
Your complete mailing address (certificates will be sent directly to you).

i should input my sponsor's information or my information? Cuz I cant find anything. Usually how many days after i hv received my AOR then I can check my process on the website please?

hi guys, im new here in this forum. Im a May applicant too. I sent my application to CPC-M last May 16, 2013 and received it in May 21 as per tracking Number. I received an email from CIC that my sponsorship is approved last June 11, 2013.
