Oh... I just received the passport request letter today. I must send them my

1.passport
2. passport photo
3. police certificate *which i have sent my UK/CHINA ones with my application form apart from the Hong Kong one I need this letter to apply for*
4.my sponsor to pay the right of permanent residence fee in Canada
5. self addressed courier way bill.

have to get all these to them within 45 days.

"We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2013."


I hope that AUH Embassy will send me the medicl request soon as i did include that on my application

Did you also claim refugee status? All I can find about PIF is related to refugees...

Yes, I was a refugee claimant from 2007 till 2011... But all my case was rejected

They might want a copy of the PIF you completed when you made the claim - I assume that because is seems that last year they have replaced PIF with a Basis of Claim form.
