i just went to cic.gc.ca then clicked apply online. after that you have to answer some questions to check your eligibility. then they will give you your checklist based on the answers you provided. just follow the intructions they gave you when uploading your documents.

At last, Acknowledgement of Receipt and Approval of Application to Sponsor all in one letter dated 4 July 2013, posted on 10th July by snailmail and received this morning 15th July. Not quite a record interval between courier delivery and approval but long enough to get me worried! Please add the details to the spreadsheet.
