Hi Drpari,

When did you apply and under which Noc code? what additional documents do you recommend that we send along wih our application? How much cash did you show as proof of funds? Whats was your total application timeline?? :D :D :D :D :D That should be enough questions for now.

Thank you.
Well Islandbabe to begin with i applied under NOC 3142 i.e. for Physiotherapists.....no additional documents are required as such its just what is asked has to be submitted...in my case it was all my educational docs,my experience letter n my husband's educational docs, my IELTS(ORIGINAL)result, proof of funds(Bank statements) n since my husband lived in Australia for 3 years so we submitted his Australian PCC as well.....since my application was for 2 people so i had to show CAD 14000 in which i carried CAD 4000 cash n rest CAD 10000 was in the form of demand draft.....total application timeline was 8 months which includes passport received time...i have tried to answer all ur questions now i hope this helps...but still u can ask whatever u want :) :) :)

Is it mandatory to take all money with us, what ever we have shown at the time of application....

As per Kenny tweet,

they plan to keep new FSWP applications behiend old MI 1s
and also they will limit CAP for each NOC to very limited as they have 100k applications are in the queue.

Hey vats, I dont think so that MI4 is behind MI1 it should be parallel process thats y they have limited apps to very less nos. otherwise it will blow processing time...

And as per latest news. canadian high court has refuse kannys statement of withrawal of all appltn before feb2008....

While sending money, do they ask source of funds ? Hope they cannot tax that

Source of money is not important for them....but whatever POF u r showing must be in your/spouse's bank account only....you can show FD(on your/spouse's name)...some other kind of money(policies) invested by you or your parents on your name....or else u can borrow money from ur parents n show it as a gift for u from them....don't worry they do not tax all this amount :)

i applied from New Delhi....hehehe wish i would have known why my application was processed in 8 months i think my VO was very cool n nice :D :D.......i don't the address in Nova Scotia because all that was done by my consultant.....Canada is good, when u first land in this country there are so many dreams n goals to be achieved but i think all this needs time n a lot of struggle......once u have a job then life seems to be easier.....i agree that the initial years are of struggle but after that life will be very good n u will feel that all the hard work u did for coming here has paid off n that u made a right decision of immigrating to Canada....Hope this helps :) :)

Thanks Drpari........I hope you continue to enjoy life in Canada with your family.
