do we have to submitt PCC and Prove of funds along with the application or they can be submitted later??

PCC can be submitted later, but Prove of funds needs to be submitted along with the application. But its preferred if you can submit PCC with your application.

how much do we have to show in proof of fund. I have my account where on average i get 1000 USD per months from last 9 months but its almost zero in 5-10 days. How can I show proof of funds..Can property and gold be shown as proof of funds??

NO you cannot show property and gold but as in assests you can. You need to attach bank statement for past 4-6months maintaining balance for atleast 11,000 CAD $ which is 1 year living expense. But what you can do is attach bank certificate showing this amount $11,000 and not provide statement for last 4-6 months if you do not have sufficient funds but make sure the same can be there in your account for 4 months and later you can provide when they ask for full 6 month bank statement.

Do you meet the 67 points requirement without your spouse?. CIC looks critically at persons who are married esp. with kids and applying alone.

Dear All:

I am going to submit my PR application again this May. However, I had submitted my IELTS result in my previous application. It was rejected once and I could not get my document back.

For this time, Can I just submit the copy of my IELTS result? In the mean time, I will also ask British Council to issue a copy of my IELTS for me, but It should take time to get it.

Appreciate any suggestion.

Thanks

Sorry...only originals are accepted or application returned.

Pls read the CIC instructions carefully,I think you can submit a photocopy if you can prove that you submitted an original to them before. If you have a previous file no,you can quote that
