Hi Friends,

I am responding back in regards to below post. Please be advised that any one of you need to take ownership of managing your track sheet. Otherwise anybody may try to edit the track sheet where there is no control and finally this is what happens. We from Nov 2012 group had the same issue and I was given the access by my team and it's going perfectly since then. Good luck guys.

I am responding back in regards to below post. Please be advised that any one of you need to take ownership of managing your track sheet. Otherwise anybody may try to edit the track sheet where there is no control and finally this is what happens. theres nothing to worry skMarch31 i have a copy of that tracking sheet..anyway if you want to do the access just let me know...for the meantime only admin can edit...

to pay for rprf and it also states that my medical forms and instruction will be sent withiin
72 hrs..the following day i recieve email again stating please find information concerning my application
in the attached document.if you are unable to view the attach doc or did not receive a document,
please advise us...my question did both of you receive such email coz i cant find any attach med.form
by the way all of my dependent recieve such email, ne pas repondre its heading...thanks mabuhay kau

Hi, did you try to open your email in other computer or laptop? The attached forms was PDF format, and it is 2pcs, 1st page is medical instruction and on the 2nd page it is your personal info. If you cant still open or see the attached form, try to send fresh email to CEM, informing that you cant open or see the attached form. Good luck

hi i'm not familiar with CAIPS, may i know what is the meaning of it? And on my opinion, there is no harm in sending email to CIO-NS, don't make follow ups, just notify them that your PR application was sent to CIO-NS for a month or two. May i know when is your Nomination Expiry date, because on my opinion, as long as CIO-NS received your application prior to the expiry date of your LOA, there will be no problem. Just keep on praying and more patience. God bless

Hello!

When I received our medical request through email, it only had the medical instructions and the CIIP brochure. The next day, I received our medical forms through email with a .pdf attachment. I got five emails because we were five in our family, each email with the same attachment but with each our names printed on each one. That's what you will be bringing to your medical examination.

Depending on where you'll be having your medical exam, you'll be asked to bring different docs. We went to SLEC last Friday. If you want to go there as well, check their website for their requirements and fees: http://www.slec.ph/#.

Hello, yes, the 1st email I received was requesting for the medical and RPRF. then on the nextday, I received 3emails for me and my dependants.

You need to print the medical forms attachment you received and bring it when you undergo medical examination. Where do you prefer to undergo your medical exam? We had our medical at St. Lukes extension. Good luck.
