In the Philippines, whats the best way to pay the rprf? Peso or CAD? In the website amount of rprf is 19,900php each (will there be fluctuation issue, what will happen then?)
Will u send it thru courier or drop box? What's the address for each? Im confused with the addresses.

I have a ready mc from bdo amounting to 39800. BDO dont have CAD for bank draft. I was thinking of going to BPI, but i dont have account there. Is is alright if i ask someone with bpi account to get a bank draft in CAD on my behalf.

What date will be filled here - is it date on Medical Card OR any other doc date???
