Nope in Canada for 8 years now. Which makes this process even crazier. I did work multiple Nocs, 3 actually.cecstatchk said:Sorry to hear this. Were you on/off in Canada over a period? Or Worked over multiple NOC's?
I'm waiting for my lawyers to come up with something. I do have good relevant experience after i applied too, so hopefully, it should pan out.ferna said:I was in your shoes once and completely understand your feeling. In my case it took me one month to be able to fill in all forms again and send another application. I know I could appeal, but then I heard usually it won't be successful and it may take long time. So I decided to re-apply.
I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the Canadian Experience Class and have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.Priority said:Sorry to hear this.
Could you please post here the email after removing sensitive information.
It totally depends on the doctor! In my case, I have done my med on Jan 27 and still is not sent!! But I have seen others send it in less than a week. So do a good research before select a doctor. If your are in Toronto, don't go to Dr.Inna Roitberg!Tuarus said:I got my medicals done last week in TORONTO at Medisys and they are telling it'll take 3-4 weeks for Doctor to review and upload the results to eMedical system, is 3-4 weeks normal ?
Sorry to hear this. Submit your T4 along with bank statements showing salary getting deposit to your account and all the salary slips for one year.madmax said:Just got refused.
I'm completely shocked about it. It says I have not obtained sufficient work experience in the past 36 months. I'm with a lawyer who feels that they may have calculated it differently from we did.
I'm going to reapply and maybe send another application if that doesnt work.
What do you guys think? Would love to hear more supporting information.
yes thats right. I'll try to get that information for them.anni_in said:Sorry to hear this. Submit your T4 along with bank statements showing salary getting deposit to your account and all the salary slips for one year.
What I understood so far you have only received your AOR not the medical
In addition to anni_in's point, submit your Notice of Assessment along with T4.madmax said:yes thats right. I'll try to get that information for them.
Good luck in your next time .. i had my first application rejected and know how bad it hurts.. the only thing to get over it is to reapply ASAP.. and hopefully next time it will work.madmax said:yes thats right. I'll try to get that information for them.
Can someone with prior experience please give an approximate time line for document updates with CIC?cecstatchk said:I sent over updated letter which CIC requested. Any idea how long it takes for the documents to get updated in my file? Any with experience please help me understand approximate timeline on document updates.
There is no timeline. Your file will be updated as soon as someone review your email.cecstatchk said:Can someone with prior experience please give an approximate time line for document updates with CIC?
I think so tooAnilGurung said:I think it's time to unlock.. the May sheet.
Me too man! I am so angry at them because doctor said that results will be done 2-3 days after our medical. When I called to ask what is going on they told me it takes 3 weeks for them to upload the results. I do not get this because that clinic is obliviously e-medical one and it still takes 3-4 weeks. That is absurd and if I knew that I would never go to that clinic.Tuarus said:I got my medicals done last week in TORONTO at Medisys and they are telling it'll take 3-4 weeks for Doctor to review and upload the results to eMedical system, is 3-4 weeks normal ?
