The biggest positive effect that the BOWP has is that a PR candidate no longer have to worry about the LMO and the complicated requirements launched by HRSDC while their work permit is going to expire...And these people cannot just simply extend their work permits even with the current job/new job offer due to the LMO thing...
You are right.
"Simply" is the appropriate expression NOT FOR EVERYONE.
I just meant that the person who have the offer letter CAN extend their work permit, but who doesn't have the offer letter CANNOT extend their work permit.
In this manner, I just choose the word, "simply" in my posting.
