Thank you :)

Does anyone know if the passport will be sent to the applicant's home address? There's a consulate in Serbia but it doesn't have an immigration office.
Yes - normally the VO sends the passport back to the applicant with the visa on it - almost done for you, congratulations and good luck!

Thanks Sweden. I hope that police certificate that VO requested along with a passport won't cause any further delay... Vienna VO sends PPR's at the very end of the process. Let's hope for the best.

Completely addicted to these forums and cheering along people's progress ... Ready for the waiting game to be over! A lot to do after everything is approved: sell house, notify work so they can find a replacement and then I'll have to train them, etc.

Just sitting here waiting for word from CIC. We were asked for a copy of my passport only (I'm from the US) on October 19. Finally got it sent in by October 29th. Haven't heard a word since. We also sent in a scanned copy today to make double sure they had gotten it. They allowed a mailed photocopy or a scanned email copy. I figured we would have heard something by now. SO CLOSE. sigh.

Hey May applicants,

Has anybody heard any news recently? May seems to be a really slow month for any news or any COPR's. Wishing everybody the best of luck and hope that there is a huge purge of May applicants being approved between now and Xmas.

Bonitanita, Have you heard anything yet? Hopefully you will have heard and fingers crossed it is good news and you will be processed as soon as they receive your application and you have slotted straight in to the 2nd stage processing. Good luck to you. It seems London is working very slowly with the April/May applicants and the July approvals. :D

Yeah really! ALL of the Manila May batch are waiting for PPR except 3 (one rec'd it, one doesn't need it, and one SA rejected). Still waiting patiently, but NEVER even dreamt we would be waiting for PPR one week before December . . .

Dear Sir/Madam : Xxxxx, Xxxxx

I received an email by VO in Vienna where they asked me to send them a new police certificate along with a passport. I assume that COPR is around the corner.

There were few Vienna applicants who got their COPR's recently... they applied in June, July, August and September. And bunch of people who applied prior to May (i.e. April and March) are still waiting to hear any news. Go figure.

Just checking in to update. Got an email requesting copies of my passport. Hope the rest of the process is easy!

OMG, that's insane. I am happy for those newer applicants who did not have to wait this long but I would not call it "fair"... ???

Yeah May seems to have so little movement. April has had a lot of COPR's completed. Even some June, July, August and 1 or 2 September applicants have had COPR's. May seems to have little movement re: COPR'S, frustrated and now the VO's processing times have gone up. This process seems never ending!!

today we had two PPRs nole73 and Janna3D and one COPR amfiprion
not bad for a day after long silent days and weeks
I think that was the "busiest" day so far

hope for more good news next days
