Apparently, it is not easy to get through. People try several times before getting to talk to an agent. According to the SS and the way that things are going, you don't have anything to worry about yet.

Hey it's good to see some movement finally! Congrats to Bonitanita and Nole73! Must feel great. I had a great day at work and will probably double my income soon! But sadly no mail today.. I am waiting for those slow West Coast mail people - do you know what they're smoking.. there's not enough Tim Hortons around here to keep people nice and stressed out like in Ontario Oh well, maybe tomorrow if they show, or Tuesday.
