I checked my status today and it shows

XXXmywife'snameXXX Decision Made Application Received
I had mailed my application to CPC Mississauga and end of May, last time I checked around the 6th July it was "in process"
Now its "Decision Made" does that mean it will now be sent to Singapore? it says the decision was made July 10 and they would send me a letter. I'm away from home for a few weeks with work so I have no idea what the letter would say.
Anyone else who has gone through this process know what this means? I hope it means my application is sent to Singapore VISA office but if so wouldn't it say "Application forwarded to Visa Office" instead? since this was decided on the 10th and today is the 25th I'm wondering does this mean that there is an issue with my application?
