Oh you must have missed what I said..

So they received the new package on the 4th of Jan, starting over entirely. I had called at more than 100 days passed and they said it hadn't been opened... they open and I get it back a couple weeks later with no record made at all I ever sent it. I hate this..

It's just absolutely atrocious. I can't believe they're able to get away with this shabbiness.

Seriously.. it breaks my heart when I see those who've applied after I originally did actually LAND, not just PPR. I feel happy for them but I feel sick thinking I could be in that position, or have already taken care of it and see my family again in the states -- I'm having to make a choice right now because if I go back while I'm on extension with just now starting over, they probably wouldn't let me back into Canada and I'd miss out on being with my other half.. but to stay here with him (which may be over in May if they don't approve by then or let me have another extension) I can't see my family members -- they have been helping take care of my affairs while I'm away because I'm still keeping ties to my country obviously.. but I'd like to SEE them too, and they want to see my CL as well but we're afraid to cross.. it's been a year since I've seen them

I hear you. I am still waiting because my file was sitting on a desk for 3 months in Canada when it should have been in London. I see London peeps who applied in Aug/Sep and they're getting COPR now. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for an answer. I haven't been home to see my family in 26 months and I am so fed up with this.

Kiri and bonitanita, Just took some time to go back and read up on what's been happening. Kiri -I'm soooo sorry to hear this crappy news! I can only imagine how frustrating it is for you guys waiting so long and having to deal with stupid mistakes.

My fingers are crossed things start to speed up for you. I feel terrible writing my post before this one when other people in May are experiencing such ridiculous delays.

Looks like there is only 6 of us May applicants left for the Manila VO that are waiting to go "In Process".

Well technically I'm an Aprilcant and there's another person waiting for PPR from early April.. according to the spreadsheet anyways. So that makes 2 Aprils and 5 Mays for MNL that I hope they get to soon! I'm really hoping for next week, on the 14th. Maybe we should start a PPR pool (like a baby pool)

Typical.

Since our file didn't complete stage 1 until october I'm assuming we will be in the july pile now. Once they have all got their COPR then I will get back on the war path.
