Sorry to hear Dair :( I've been so upset lately after hearing most May applicants from Manila received their visas. Yes, immigration sucks! But I refused to be sad...or trying at least. Let's keep our faith :)

Thank you, I am trying. I have my ups and downs but even my ever positive husband is feeling the strain and it is hard to watch that. But we are doing our best to support each other through the ups and downs. God has a purpose for everything so I just have to believe that He will bring us together soon.

Sorry to hear about your cat :'( Maybe you have a cat rescue group near you that needs foster parents for their cats and that could be a way to make the loss more bearable. I want to foster kitties but hubby doesn't approve....

Thank you, We were foster parents for a couple of years. I have decided we are not going to have anymore cats. My husband wants a dog when he comes so I have gotten my daughter some fish and we are getting 2 Chinchillas this weekend. This will definitely be a distraction for her.

One thing I am thankful for is that even though they have not met face to face...my husband and my daughter have a love for animals in common and it has already created a bond between them.

But like most others here...I WANT HIM HERE WITH US NOWWWWW !!! Gosh I never thought I could miss anyone so much.

Quiet on here...

Guess everyone is either already done or like me and still waiting..... :'(

hey guys can u add me 2 spreadsheet

Most of the May batch get possitive reposne congz them. I am left behind with no possitive result . Some of them get Visa already most of them in process. I sponsored my wife. I am stuck with Singapore VO still not in progress at least i will be happy if it is in progress. Every time i check i see only one line Permanent Resident Application received on July 11 and nothing else. My wife address is dissapear since August 25 still no change and no update and not show up yet.

Or went to visit with their new visa office mate friends in other threads. *hehe, I am now full-time Buffalo and part-time May*

Keep in mind that e-CAS is meant to be a reliable source of info for Inlanders, not Outlanders. Plenty of people have gone through to PPR without so much as a change in e-CAS from the original "Application Received." If you're really curious, there's GCMS notes. Don't worry, it'll come, just on it's own schedule, unforch. Think of it as a baby :P As far as the address dissapearing, you're def not alone. I see this posted frequently in several threads. E-CAS glitch perhaps.

How much debt are we talking about? Some student loans that you're working on paying back or is there a warrant out for your arrest? :P Kidding. Don't take my word for it, but I think a little bit of debt won't be grounds for refusal. Remember, in Family Class Sponsorship you are being sponsored by someone else and that person makes a commitment to support you financially for three years, so if that person ends up owing money to the Crown because you went on welfare (just speaking hypothetically) and s/he was not able to repay that money, then that'd be a problem in the eyes of CIC and your sponsor wouldn't be allowed to sponsor anyone else until that debt was repaid. I think debts are more of an issue in an FSW application, as that person is an economic immigrant. Again, if you say that you were interviewed already, I find it odd that any VO would perform a background check after the interview. I was under the impression that the interview is last. Get a second opinion - I'm speculating here and I really don't know for sure what role debts play in their investigation.

Still waiting and getting more anxious by the day. My file has supposedly been in process since August 11th.

It does feel rather like the last few weeks of pregnancy, except I'm not peeing as much.

ROFL :D

My husband received his passport back from London with visa & COPR yesterday :)

Officially all done. Just need to wait till our December holiday now to land :D
