well I guess manila is faster coz one of the may batch got DM today...

Well sure, I know Manila and New Delhi are faster at asking for passports (although plenty of people from these VOs then have to wait a while to get the visa), but London comes in close after these, and is faster on average than other offices, like Buffalo.

pretty impressive timeline you have there heh
i'm in canada right now, so it's easier to wait till i get ppr, much harder whilst we were apart...
plus we're moving down to southern ontario next week so am way too busy to count the days...
